CCIC Canada Inc. has been authorized by AQSIQ (the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of People's Republic of China) to engage in Pre-shipment Inspection of Used Mechanical and Electrical Products (referred to as Used Equipment) to be exported from Canada to China.

According to relevant laws & regulations, pre-shipment inspection must be carried out on certain types of Used Equipment so as to prevent toxic and hazardous equipment from entering into China.

Pre-shipment inspection means that, before the used equipment is loaded into containers, CCIC Canada Inc., duly authorized by AQSIQ, conducts preliminary assessment of the safety, sanitation, environmental protection and other items according to relevant China National standards.

The importer in China should apply for Registration Records either to AQSIQ (China General Administration on Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine) or local CIQ (China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau) at destination ports, and then apply to CCIC Canada Inc for the Pre-Shipment Inspection.
