To better clarify the process for the revision of the CCIC Certificates, commence Jun 1st, 2008, only under the following conditions, the issued certificate could be revised:

1. Seal Number can be modified, when evidence is provided;
2. Container Number can be revised, when evidence is provided;

Please return the original certificate together with the filled “Form for Request of Revision/Cancel of CCIC Certificates” back before we can issue the revised certificate. Revision fee $10 will be charged.

For all other conditions, we can not revise, withdraw, or reissue the certificate once it was issued.

Jun 1st, 2008 is the effective date for Notice of the CCIC Certificate Revision and Cancellation Items
