According to the requirement of AQSIQ, effective April, 2008, all shippers with AQSIQ registration must apply electronically using the Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) system for all future shipments. Only online application can be accepted.

The online ID and password can be got from your AQSIQ LICENSE Package, if your company did not find your PSI ID/PWD , please contact with AQSIQ directly:

When you fill the online application, make sure "Estimate Inspection Date" should be at least 3 workingdays in advance; the container number and seal number could be not exactly right, but the quantity of conatainers should be filled exactly same as the fact; for the "Remark" area, filled with your booking# and your contact information there.

Announcement for supplier user of PSI system

To prevent hazardous materials from being transported into China, the Chinese government provides that all import recycling scraps must subject to pre-shipment inspection (PSI). This PSI electronic management system is completely based on related Chinese regulations for import scraps. To apply for scraps PSI a supplier must have a unique registration number issued by AQSIQ. Supplier should strictly fulfill its commitments to AQSIQ when apply for the registration number. To acquire good PSI services supplier should give information here as accurate as possible.
