According to the requirement of AQSIQ, the new Electronic Management System for Pre-shipment Inspection (E-PSI System) has been implemented since Aug,21 2006. All self-inspection shippers(Class B) with AQSIQ registration must apply all your shipments with online system, paperwork application will not be accepted anymore.
